How to order

How do I choose my size?


It's very simple, you can find the size grid in
the card of the selected product. It is located next to each of our
products. If you have any further
questions, contact us on Instagram. (@sunandsea.brand)

What is the production time? Is there mysize in stock?


Tailoring takes
3-7 busines days.
In the summer season, the tailoring period may increase depending on
the workload of production. If you are planning a trip, please
make sure you place
your order in
advance. If you need to
order urgently, contact us on Instagram (@sunandsea.brand). The
manager will inform you which products are available or, if possible,
arrange for urgent tailoring of the product (free of charge).

Is it possible to cancel myorder?


The order can be canceled within 24 hours after
placing the order, if the product has not yet been put into
production. A
custom order cannot be canceled.

Where can Itry the swimwearon?


We have a fitting room in Kyiv by appointment
through our managers on Instagram (@sunandsea.brand).

How do I place anorder?


To place an order on the website
you need to: 1) Add the selected product to
the cart 2) Choose the size 3) Fill in all the necessary fields on
the order page 4) Click the "Order Confirmation" button.

If
you have difficulties placing an order, contact
our managers on Instagram. (@sunandsea.brand) After placing an order
on the website, the manager will contact you to clarify the details.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

How is my parceldeliveredacross Ukraine?

We deliver goods across
Ukraine only with
a minimum prepayment of UAH 700, which is deducted from the total sum
of the order. You
can also pay 100% by
card and avoid cash on delivery. Shipments
are made by "Nova Poshta" from Monday to Friday.


The parcel will be stored
at Nova Poshta for 7
days, after that
it will be
automatically returned (according to the agreement with Nova Poshta).
The cost of delivery is formed by the carrier company and is paid by
you upon receiving your order.
The cost of shipment
depends on the chosen method of payment and receiving the parcel.
(ATTENTION If you placed an order with prepayment,
please take into account
a commission of 2% of total sum of your
order (or of the value of the product)

How can I pay for the order?


There are a couple of options for you to pay for
your order: 1) Pay online by
a VISA, Mastercard card. 2) Cash on delivery or by card in the
postoffice when
receiving an order with a prepayment of UAH 700. 3) Cash on delivery
to the courier with a prepayment of UAH 700 (ATTENTION! If you placed
an order with prepayment,
please take into account
a commission of 2% of total sum of your
order (or of the value of the product)
+ UAH 20)

Is there international shipping?


Sure! We
make deliveries all over the world, with the
only exception of the Russian Federation
and the Republic of Belarus.
We ship with
Ukrposhta. The usual delivery time is 14-21 days, but due to the
ongoing war in
Ukraine, the delivery time may vary and, unfortunately, we cannot
influence it in any way. We would like to warn that there is no
exchange between countries due to the delivery time.

UKR
POST. The cost of delivery is $25 (Poland), $33 (other countries), if
the weight of the package does not exceed 2 kg. If
the weight is more than 2 kg,
we specify the cost of delivery at the post office
and let you know.

NEW
POST OFFICE. The cost of delivery by Nova Poshta is determined by the
tariffs of the company.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Is there a returnpolicy?

According to the the Commercial Code of Ukraine
"On the Protection of Consumer Rights", underwear and
swimwear are included in the list of goods that cannot be exchanged
or returned. We can issue a return if a manufacturing defect was
discovered upon receiving
at Nova Poshta.

Is there an exchangepoliocy?


Custom orders are non-exchangeable. If you have an
order for a standard model of a swimsuit, we can offer a size
exchange if the swimsuit is too small or too big for you. Two-way
exchange payment is
at your expense.

Is there a swimsuit repairservices?

Yes, we have a free first repair feature. Payment
for two-way delivery is at
your expense.

Why is the fabric innovative?

Why is the fabric innovative? A unique fabric
developed using the latest technologies. It protects like an SPF-35
sunscreen and
allows tanning. The fabric consists
of thousands of microscopic holes of a special diameter. The porous
structure of the fabric allows the sun rays to pass through,
providing an even tan without sunburns.

factor of SPF 35-50, which blocks up to 98% of harmful UV rays.

Will I get an even tan?


Yes, yes and yes! If you plan to sunbathe, we
recommend our best-seller one-piece
swimsuit Monica. This model covers 70-80% of the skin and does not
have unnecessary inserts such as a zipper, etc. that do not let
tan.

1: Wear a smart swimsuit

2: Apply SPF 50+ to exposed skin, especially around the bikini area,
for a smooth transition. (Don't forget about the "droplet"
area on the back where the swimsuit is tied.

STEP
3: The stiches of
the swimsuit do not let
tanning through.
If you sunbathe in the active sun, we would
recommend to move the stitches
every 10-15 minutes.

• the certificate can be used only once

• if the amount of the product is less than the
amount indicated on the certificate, the difference between the
denomination of the certificate and the price of the product is not
returned

• if the amount of the goods exceeds the
denomination specified in the certificate, the difference between
this amount and the denomination of the certificate must
be covered by a
costumer

• gift certificate does not expire
