ORDERS
How to choose the right size?
Each product page on the site has a convenient size chart for women, men, and kids. If you’re unsure, just message us on Instagram and we’ll help find the perfect option together. If the standard chart doesn’t work, we can offer custom tailoring for an additional fee. This is also arranged via Instagram.
Can I order a bikini top and bottom in different sizes?
We support mixed sizes, because every body is unique. You can choose a top and bottom in different sizes right when placing your order on the site. If you have doubts, message us on Instagram @sunandsea.brand, and we’ll help pick the perfect combo.
How to pay for an order?
All transactions are safe and encrypted. You can choose a convenient method:
We offer secure payment methods via WayForPay, which supports:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa/MasterCard)
- Google Pay / Apple Pay
- Bank transfers (depending on the country)
How to pay with Wayforpay?
Paying through WayForPay on our website is easy and secure. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Add items to your cart and click "Checkout".
Step 2: Enter all required shipping details.
Step 3: Select WayForPay as your payment method.
Step 4: You will be redirected to the WayForPay page to complete the payment.
Step 5: Choose your preferred method:
Credit/Debit Card: Enter your card details (number, expiration date, and CVV).
Google Pay/Apple Pay: If enabled, complete the payment in one click.
Step 6: Confirm your payment.
Step 7: After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Can I change or cancel an order?
You can cancel or change an order within 24 hours after placing it. We work quickly, because we know how important it is to receive your swimsuit on time. Once the order status changes to “Preparing for shipment”, it can no longer be modified. For any order questions — message us on Instagram @sunandsea.brand.
Custom and sale orders cannot be canceled.
How to track my order?
Once your order is shipped, our manager will send you a tracking number via email so you can track your package.
Do you make custom orders?
Yes, if the standard size chart doesn’t work, we can sew a swimsuit to your measurements. Such orders are arranged individually via Instagram. A manager will clarify all details, help with selection, and advise on timing. Custom orders take longer and the timing is discussed personally. Such orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
DELIVERY
How is delivery carried out?
Once your order is ready, it is handed over to the EMS delivery service. After shipment, you will receive a notification with a tracking number via email to monitor your package. Delivery typically takes 10-14 business days, but during holidays, delays may occur.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping is available only on business days—Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
What if my order shows as delivered, but i did not receive it?
If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, follow these steps:
Check common delivery locations (mailbox, concierge, neighbors).
Contact your local postal service with the tracking number.
If you still cannot locate your package, email us at admin@sunandsea.store for assistance.

What if the swimsuit doesn’t fit?
We understand that sometimes there are issues with size or manufacturing defects. In such cases, we always try to help. To learn how to arrange an exchange or return, check our policy via the link below.
Return & exchange shipping costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in the case of an exchange or return.
ABOUT THE SWIMSUITS
Can I tan in the swimsuit?
Yes, and that’s the magic of it.
The fabric contains thousands of micro-openings that let sunlight through in measured amounts and provide SPF protection from 15 to 50. This way your skin tans evenly, even under the swimsuit.
For best results, we recommend the model Monica. Separate models have higher protection, so the tan through them is less intense.
Don’t forget to apply SPF cream on exposed skin and enjoy tanning comfortably.
Will the swimsuit be see-through?
All our swimsuits have carefully designed bright detailed prints. That’s why they don’t show through, even in water or sunlight.
But note: some prints have plain areas that may show through a little. This applies to prints such as:
- Emerald Onyx
- Blue Onyx
- Golden Onyx
- Black Onyx
- BlackWhite
- Savanna
We recommend using these prints mainly for separate models or beachwear.

How to care for the swimsuit?
Our swimsuits are made of delicate innovative fabric that needs care. To keep it looking like new, follow these simple rules:
- Hand wash in cold water
- No bleach
- No machine wash or tumble dry
- Do not wring or dry on hot surfaces or in the sun
