ORDERS
How to choose the right size?
Each product page on the site has a convenient size chart for women, men, and kids. If you’re unsure, just message us on Instagram and we’ll help find the perfect option together. If the standard chart doesn’t work, we can offer custom tailoring for an additional fee. This is also arranged via Instagram.
Can I order a bikini top and bottom in different sizes?
We support mixed sizes, because every body is unique. You can choose a top and bottom in different sizes right when placing your order on the site. If you have doubts, message us on Instagram @sunandsea.brand, and we’ll help pick the perfect combo.
How to pay for an order?
All transactions are safe and encrypted. You can choose a convenient method:
Visa/MasterCard payment via Wayforpay — payment is made directly on the Wayforpay site, cards from Ukrainian and international banks are accepted.
Prepayment — the standard prepayment is 700 UAH. After payment, a manager will contact you to confirm all details of the order.
We made sure the process is as simple and clear as possible: just a few clicks — and your swimsuit is already in production.
Can I change or cancel an order?
You can cancel or change an order within 24 hours after placing it. We work quickly, because we know how important it is to receive your swimsuit on time. Once the order status changes to “Preparing for shipment”, it can no longer be modified. For any order questions — message us on Instagram @sunandsea.brand.
Custom and sale orders cannot be canceled.
How long do I have to wait for my swimsuit?
Our swimsuits are made to order within 2–5 business days. After that, delivery via Nova Poshta (usually 1–2 days). During holidays or peak season, times may increase, but we always notify about this on Instagram. Current timelines are also noted on each product page.
Do you make custom orders?
Yes, if the standard size chart doesn’t work, we can sew a swimsuit to your measurements. Such orders are arranged individually via Instagram. A manager will clarify all details, help with selection, and advise on timing. Custom orders take longer and the timing is discussed personally. Such orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
DELIVERY
How does delivery work in Ukraine?
We ship orders only via Nova Poshta to branches. Usually delivery takes 1–2 business days after shipment. All parcels are handed to a courier, so the shipping cost includes additional courier fees. Note: with cash on delivery, Nova Poshta charges a 2% fee. After shipping, you’ll get a tracking number (TTN) and can track your parcel online. The recipient pays the shipping cost.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta. Cost and timing depend on the destination country and are calculated automatically at checkout. The recipient pays shipping and possible customs fees.

What if the swimsuit doesn’t fit?

ABOUT THE SWIMSUITS
Can I tan in the swimsuit?
Yes, and that’s the magic of it.
The fabric contains thousands of micro-openings that let sunlight through in measured amounts and provide SPF protection from 15 to 50. This way your skin tans evenly, even under the swimsuit.
For best results, we recommend the model Monica. Separate models have higher protection, so the tan through them is less intense.
Don’t forget to apply SPF cream on exposed skin and enjoy tanning comfortably.
Will the swimsuit be see-through?
All our swimsuits have carefully designed bright detailed prints. That’s why they don’t show through, even in water or sunlight.
But note: some prints have plain areas that may show through a little. This applies to prints such as:
- Emerald Onyx
- Blue Onyx
- Golden Onyx
- Black Onyx
- BlackWhite
- Savanna
We recommend using these prints mainly for separate models or beachwear.

How to care for the swimsuit?
Our swimsuits are made of delicate innovative fabric that needs care. To keep it looking like new, follow these simple rules:
- Hand wash in cold water
- No bleach
- No machine wash or tumble dry
- Do not wring or dry on hot surfaces or in the sun

Do you have gift certificates?
Yes, we have both online and offline certificates — choose the format that suits you best.
We send the online certificate to your email. You can order it by simply writing to us on Instagram @sunandsea.brand.
The offline certificate in stylish packaging can be ordered directly on the website in the “Certificates” section. Delivery is carried out under standard Nova Poshta conditions (1–2 days).
A certificate can be for a fixed amount or any amount from 1000 UAH.
