PAYMENT & SHIPPING

Sun and Sea follows the principles of conscious production, meaning each order is prepared individually for the customer. Our swimwear is crafted in-house, and order processing takes 1–5 business days after payment is received.

Shipping Information

We provide door-to-door delivery directly to the shipping address specified during checkout.

Once your order has been processed, it is transferred to the shipping carrier. After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Estimated delivery time: approximately 10–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, customs inspections, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Please note: Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

What if my order is delayed, lost, or stuck during delivery?

All orders shipped by Sun and Sea include delivery protection and shipment coverage. If your package is delayed, lost during transit, or held by the carrier or customs service, please contact our support team at admin@sunandsea.store.

While shipping carriers operate independently from our company, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue and, where applicable, provide a replacement shipment with updated tracking information.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled for a full refund, including shipping fees, only before the order has been shipped.

Once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, cancellations, modifications, or refund requests may no longer be possible.
