30 Days Easy Return/Exchange

If you change your mind about an item purchased from Sun and Sea, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed. Please try on swimsuits over your own underwear only. Items must be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, odors, pet hair, or any other signs of wear. For hygiene reasons, returns may be refused if the protective adhesive strip has been removed or the item shows signs of use.
  • Contact our customer support before sending any return. Please email us at admin@sunandsea.store with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Our team will provide return authorization and further instructions.
  • Ship the item to the return address provided below. Please include your order number inside the package and keep your tracking number as proof of shipment.

Returns Shipping Information:

We recommend using your local postal service to avoid additional taxes or import charges. Customers are responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments during transit.

Important: Return shipping costs are fully covered by the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Shipping Fee of Return or Exchange:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes related to returns or exchanges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed as defective by a Sun and Sea representative.

Refund Payments:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.

Note: Sun and Sea is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers during refund processing.

Exchange Requests:

Sun and Sea offers exchanges for eligible items for a different size, color, or product, depending on stock availability.

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed unless the item is confirmed defective.
  • If you later request a refund for an exchanged item, the returned item must still meet all return policy requirements.
  • Exchanges are usually processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item is received.

Received Defective Swimsuits:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email admin@sunandsea.store within 3 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the issue
  • A short description of the problem

Our support team will review your request and assist you with a replacement or refund.

Policy Enforcement:

Sun and Sea reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this Return & Exchange Policy.
