SALES AGREEMENT — SUNANDSEA.STORE

This Sales Agreement is a public offer and governs the relationship between the online store sunandsea.store (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") who places an order through the website.


1. General Provisions

1.1. The Seller follows the principles of conscious production — each item is made individually after payment is received.
1.2. All products are crafted in-house by the Seller.
1.3. Production time is 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
1.4. After placing the order, the manager may contact the Buyer via email to confirm and clarify order details.


2. Ordering Process

2.1. The Buyer places an order independently by adding items to the shopping cart and providing all necessary shipping details.
2.2. After submitting the order, the Buyer receives an email confirmation.


3. Payment

3.1. Payment is made through the secure WayForPay system, which supports:

  • Visa / MasterCard credit and debit cards

  • Google Pay / Apple Pay

  • Bank transfers (depending on the country)

3.2. Payment steps:

  • Add items to your cart and click “Checkout”

  • Enter your shipping details

  • Select WayForPay as the payment method

  • You’ll be redirected to the secure WayForPay page

  • Choose your preferred method and complete the payment

  • After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email


4. Shipping

4.1. After production, the order is handed over to EMS delivery service.
4.2. Estimated delivery time is 10–14 business days, depending on the destination.
4.3. Delays may occur during holidays or due to customs processing.
4.4. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
4.5. Once shipped, the Buyer receives an email with a tracking number.
4.6. We offer worldwide shipping, except to Russia and Belarus.
4.7. The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional international charges.


5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1. You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.
5.2. Items must be unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.
5.3. The customer covers return shipping costs.
5.4. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.


6. Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it:

  • Check common drop-off areas (mailbox, reception, neighbors)

  • Contact your local postal service with the tracking number

  • If unresolved, email us at admin@sunandsea.store for assistance


7. Personal Data

7.1. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with local data protection laws.
