SunandSea.store provides worldwide shipping via EMS (Express Mail Service), a fast and reliable international shipping service operated by Ukrposhta.
•    Processing Time: All swimwear is made individually for each customer and takes 1-5 business days for production after payment confirmation.
•    Shipping Time: International delivery usually takes 10-14 business days, but delays may occur during peak seasons and holidays.
•    Shipping Cost: We cover the shipping cost at the time of dispatch, meaning customers do not need to pay for standard EMS shipping.
•    Customs Duties & Taxes: While we cover the shipping cost, any additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the recipient’s country are the responsibility of the customer.
•    Business Days: Orders are processed and shipped only on Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.
•    Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package through the Ukrposhta EMS tracking system or your country’s postal service website.
2. How EMS Shipping Works (via Ukrposhta)
•    Orders are shipped via EMS, the international express mail service operated by Ukrposhta.
•    EMS deliveries are handled by national postal services in the recipient's country, ensuring reliable and efficient shipping.
•    The tracking number provided can be used on the Ukrposhta website or the postal service of your country.
•    Upon arrival in the destination country, the local postal operator (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, etc.) will handle the final delivery.
3. Customs and Import Duties
•    SunandSea.store covers only the shipping cost, but any additional import taxes, customs fees, or duties required by the recipient’s country are the responsibility of the customer.
•    Customs processing time may vary, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
•    If customs require additional documentation, we will provide all necessary shipping details upon request.
4. Lost or Delayed Shipments
•    SunandSea.store is not responsible for delays caused by customs, holidays, or carrier issues.
•    If your package is marked as "delivered" but has not arrived, please check with your local post office and neighbors before contacting us.
